We work to improve the quality of life of sick children who are hospitalized through activities that contribute to the common good; For this reason, we carry out activities based on Laughter Therapy, since laughter produces hormones that reduce pain and provide a feeling of well-being.

We want to sensitize society about the reality of cancer in children, since pediatric cancer is the second cause of childhood death in Mexico, although 70% of the cases detected early, have a cure if they are treated properly.  Since the beginning at Mi Gran Esperanza we have supported more than 3,500 patients and their families. We currently serve an average of 500 children a year, from the western region of the country.
